SECTION 2 – SCOPE OF THE WEBSITE

langart.net acts as an online booking platform where students can book online the services provided by the service providers, mainly language courses provided by language schools. All bookings for courses and accommodation services on this website are made directly with language schools and not with langart.net. We only offer an online platform to facilitate direct reservations between students and language schools. The langart.net is not a contracting party in the transaction between the student and the service provider, and has no responsibility or liability to neither the student nor the service provider in respect to the terms of the contract which is concluded directly between them.

SECTION 3 – DESCRIPTION OF THE BOOKING PROCESS

Making a booking.
All bookings will be made on langart.net through an online booking system. Once the availability of the course is verified, the student will receive a written confirmation of the booking along with an invoice from the school within 48 hours of the booking request. The booking only then becomes binding for the language school if this is approved in a written form. No flight ticket should be purchased until the booking has been confirmed.

Deposit payment.
The student is required to pay the deposit at the time of booking. The deposit paid is not refundable after the school has confirmed the booking.

Balance payment
The balance will be paid by the student to the language schools directly, keeping the payment methods and deadline for payments specified in the language school’s Terms and Conditions published on langart.net. All bank or credit card charges must be paid by you. Your place on any course and/or accommodation is not fully confirmed until these fees have been paid, and the language school concerned has confirmed this payment. Failure to pay in full prior to arrival may result in loss of your place. Until the payment is not received in full, the letter of acceptance will not be issued and the student will not be allowed to start the course. It is strongly recommended to pay the fees in full at least two weeks prior to the course start date. By accepting the applicable Terms of Use of the langart.net website the student agrees, in the case of a successful placement, to pay the balance, including taxes and charges, directly to the language school, according to the terms and conditions of the language school.

SECTION 4 – CHANGES TO THE BOOKING

Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy and to the service providers' cancellation and refund policy.
